Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that is now practiced as a slow motion form of exercise to promote good health, improve balance/stability, and to feel energized.
At Holy Name, Tai Chi is practiced in the Social Hall on Saturdays, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
Instructor Ben Rocuskie studied for three and a half years under Sifu Dwayne Raneiri and has been conducting classes at Holy Name since May 1996.
