This ministry provides a small cold luncheon after the funeral Mass, if the family so desires. We have several committees:
Drink committee - prepares and serves refreshments (coffee, tea, etc.) then cleans their area.
Set-up committee - covers the tables, sets up the buffet tables, serves, then breaks down the area.
Kitchen committee - prepares the food for the luncheon
Dessert committee - if called, would be asked to prepare a dessert for the luncheon.
