Instructions for game days and dismissals:

• Parents/guardians please send a permanent soccer season dismissal note for early dismissal. 
   
• Dismissals are @ 2:45pm for Our Lady of Lourdes games and 3:00pm for Lingle Field games. 
   
• The note must list the name/s of the person/s you are authorizing to pick up your child for transport to the games.
   
• Please send the notes to the school with your child.
   
• The homeroom teacher will forward the notes to the school office.
   
• If the school office does not receive a note on the first game day your child cannot be transported.
   
• One of the parent/guardians will meet the students outside of the school office at 2:45pm or 3:00pm.
   
• This parent/guardian will escort the soccer students to the gym to change for the games and be transported from there.
   
• Parents/guardians are responsible for picking up your child after the game.
