Joseph A. Curcillo, III has been the Managing Partner
of Beinhaur & Curcillo in Harrisburg, PA since 1997. Joseph's main
area of practice is Criminal Defense; the firm also handles Real Estate,
Estates and Small Business Law.
He currently
serves as a Juvenile Master for the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County.
Joseph is admitted to practice before The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania,
The United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals, The United States District
Courts for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania,
and the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania
Bar Association and the Dauphin County Bar Association. A graduate
of the Temple University School of Law, Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science
in Civil Engineering from Temple University, College of Engineering Technology.
Joseph was a Deputy Attorney General from November, 1991 through January
1997. He was the Special Child Abuse Prosecutor, Child Abuse Unit,
District Attorney of York County from July, 1990 to November, 1991.
Also, he was a partner in the firm of MacIntyre, Curcillo & MacIntyre
(1989-90), a Deputy District Attorney in Dauphin County (1987-89) and an
Assistant District Attorney in Clearfield County (1985-87).
Joseph
serves on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal
Defense Lawyers, and is Solicitor to the Crime Clinic of Harrisburg.
He sits on the Board of Directors of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the
Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. As a Corporate Speaker and Entertainer,
he is also a member of the Psychic Entertainers Association. |
