On November 12th and 13th, 2011, parishioners toured the new church. The tour guides use an outline that highlighted many of the features of the new church.

The parish has acquired a beautiful marble altar, ambo, baptistery and tabernacle stand from the Arlington Diocese to be used in the new church. The 90-year old altar has an interesting past, present and future.

At the October 20th Town Hall Meeting, the architect revealed images of the planned sanctuary and nave as well as the latest site plan and external renderings.

Through the generous contribution of a parishioner, Holy Name of Jesus has purchased Stations of the Cross for our new church.

Recently, Holy Name of Jesus also purchased 39 stained glass windows that will be used in the new church.

View March 3rd, 2010 Presentation in PDF Format
Hundreds of parishioner participate in the March 3rd, 2010 mass and town hall meeting regarding the capital campaign and the planned construction of a new church. Keep in mind that construction will occur in phases and may be modified as the full project is budgeted. The meeting featured presentations by Msgr. Lawrence and the site engineer, Jim Snyder and the architect David Lupold.

The campaign brochure was mailed to all parish households in May, 2007. It provides a comprehensive overview of the campaign, goals and planned projects.

Feasibility Presentation
In April, 2007 Kirby-Smith gave this presentation to a parish "town hall" meeting focusing on the feasibility study conducted by the firm.

Worship and Education Facility Plan
Also at the April, 2007 parish "town hall" meeting, this presentation was given presenting the construction options considered and the one selected. It also includes the planned costs for different phases.
