The Parish Nurses’ Ministry is an idea conceived from the understanding of the healing ministry of the church and the need to return to health care that focuses on wellness and health promotion. The goal of this ministry is to work in conjunction with existing ministries within the parish to meet the needs of our parishioners. The Parish Nurses will focus on the spiritual and emotional needs of our parishioners. We will make follow up calls upon discharge from the hospitals, monthly blood pressure screenings after Masses, and look to provide educational seminars in the near future.
