• Mass with Prayers for Healing - On Thursday, March 18, at 7:00 p.m., we will be celebrating a Mass with prayers for healing. There will be a teaching at the homily time and a prayer following. This is different than the Mass for the Anointing of the Sick that we celebrate annually. We will talk about charismatic healing and will be praying for the healing of mind, body, and spirit.
     
  • Friday Fish Dinners - Every Friday of Lent through April 3, your Holy Name of Jesus Knights of Columbus Council 14081 will offer a Fish Dinner in the Social Hall. Doors will open at 4:45 p.m. and close at 9:00 p.m. Please mark your calendars! This year the Fish Dinners will feature both fried and baked options, plus weekly specials. 
     

  • 2nd Annual Parish Communion Breakfast will be held on Sunday, April 18, at 10:00 a.m., following the 8:45 a.m. Mass. Father Dan Mitzel will be the speaker. More information will follow at a later date.

    Many years ago our community joined together and founded Holy Name of Jesus Church. Families worked together to build a church and school that have served us well. We have thrived and Holy Name is the center of many spiritual, social and athletic activities that benefit us all. Now it is our turn. Today, we can come together and build the Holy Name of tomorrow. A church that accommodates many more attendees at popular times, that takes advantage of modern technology for security and energy use and that sets the stage for well-planned upgrades to the school.
     
  • Seventh Annual Holy Name of Jesus School Gala  will be held on April 10 at the Sheraton Harrisburg/Hershey. Tickets will be sold in the lobby of the church from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. beginning February 28 and continuing until March 21. Get your tickets early and don’t miss out on an evening of friends, fun and dancing to help support our children.
